Before you book our services, please take a moment to understand our terms and conditions. By booking an appointment, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Your hair appointment is reserved specifically for you. We therefore ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

​Failure to do so will result in  your booking fee being retained.

 

Less than 24 hours cancellation notification and no shows will be charged at the full treatment cost and your booking fee will be retained.

Late arrivals:

We value your time as well as the time of our other clients. If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to reduce the duration of your treatment to ensure that we stay on schedule for the next appointment.

Liability:

Wainwrights hair salon is dedicated to the providing high-quality services. However we shall not be liable for any adverse reactions, injuries or complications that may arise from your hair treatments, especially if you have not disclosed relevant medical information or had a patch test 48 prior to a colour being applied.

General conduct:

We expect all clients to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner while in our salon. Any disruptive behaviour may result in the termination of a treatment and you will be asked to leave the salon.
