Your hair appointment is reserved specifically for you. 

We therefore ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

Obviously in an emergency things cannot be helped.

Late cancellations and no shows will be charged at 50% of your missed appointment.
